I am James R. (Randy) McNeal, CCIM, President of J. R. McNeal Company, Inc. With over thirty-five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, I have dedicated my career to helping clients navigate the complexities of the market. I earned my BA in accounting from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL, and completed post-graduate courses in real estate and financial management.
My real estate journey began with Stockton, Whatley, Davin in Jacksonville, where I was recognized as one of the top 10 sales associates in my first year. I then spent ten years with Colliers International as a senior investment sales broker, further honing my expertise. Today, I work independently with a small support staff, equipped with the same tools and technology as national brokerage firms.
What sets me apart is my vast experience and my flexibility in structuring transactions. I don’t need to go up the chain of command for permission to do whatever it takes to get a deal done, as long as it’s legal and ethical. I’ve built long-term relationships with many local, regional, and national investors, builders, and developers—both individual and institutional. Throughout my career, I’ve closed countless land deals and have leased, managed, or sold more than three and a half million square feet of retail, office, and industrial properties throughout the Southeast, with a focus on Northeast Florida.
I am a proud member of the CCIM Network—a network of Certified Commercial Investment Members. These top-tier real estate brokers and agents operate in over 1,000 markets across North America and around the world. The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate leaders who have a proven track record of success and mastery in financial, market, and investment analysis. If you’re looking for a seasoned real estate adviser, I am confident that I can provide the expertise and guidance you need.
I value direct communication and personalized service.
