My journey with properties began over thirty-five years ago, right here in Jacksonville, Florida. After earning a BA in accounting from the University of North Florida and completing post-graduate studies in real estate and financial management, I launched my career with Stockton, Whatley, Davin. My dedication and passion quickly paid off as I became one of the top 10 sales associates in my first year. Since the early days I have worked with a couple of national firms as a senior investment sales broker and as a regional director of operations, honing my skills and building a reputation for delivering results.

In 1992, I earned the prestigious CCIM designation, a testament to my mastery of financial, market, and investment analysis. Today, as the President of J. R. McNeal Company, Inc., I leverage my extensive experience and deep understanding of the Northeast Florida real estate market to provide clients with unmatched service. Whether I’m sourcing an investment sale, closing a land deal, or leasing and managing a commercial property, my focus is always on delivering the best possible outcomes for all my clients.
